Call us or send a request and we set a time to come out. We walk the house or the building with you, look at every door, gate and blind spot, and ask how you actually use the place — who comes and goes, where the kids play, where the trucks park.
Once you have the written layout and quote and you say yes, we schedule the install. The crew mounts and connects everything in the plan, tests each sensor, camera and lock, and cleans up before leaving.
Before we leave, we set up the app on your phone and on anyone else who needs it. We show you how to arm and disarm, check the cameras, lock the doors and change the alerts, and we do not leave until you have done it yourself.
After the walk-through you get a written layout showing where each sensor, camera and lock goes, with the quote beside it. Take it home, talk it over with the family, compare it — nothing is signed on the spot.
